Description: Provides ready-to-use input-output (IO) tables for Japan,
        built from data published by Japan's national government
        (e-Stat), individual prefectures, and the Research Institute of
        Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI). Tables are archived and
        rebuilt on demand via the 'tarchives' and 'targets' packages,
        and returned as 'econio' input-output table objects for direct
        use with its analysis functions.
